Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are made to order and typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item leaves our workshop.

Currently, Frontier Designs ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada to ensure the safety and integrity of our larger home decor items during transit.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-built furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
How do I care for my solid wood surfaces?
We recommend using a soft, damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, and use coasters or placemats to protect the finish from heat and moisture.
